Hi. I have just started extracting,My oil was pretty dark the first time.I am looking for something to clean it up. I am using trim and bud scraps. I have a crc filter. But I am unsure what media to use or the exact amounts.I am using a 3' x 12' de waxing collom with dry ice. Can u give me an idea of what media I should use and the amounts. I would like to use the USA Lab Stainless Steel 6" in. Buchner Funnel SS 304 with a vacuum pump. Please confirm this using can be connected to a vacuum pum to vacuum filter. Also the unit comes 150 Mesh (100 Micron). Any other options? 40-50 microns? Can I use a filter paper on top of the filter plate? View answer

I am interested in finding a lab scale recirculating heater/chiller for use in controlling the temp of a jacketed 10 liter reactor. I need the control system to allow me to initially heat the reactor to approx 120 deg F to initiate the reaction, and then to maintain the 120 deg F while the mildly exothermic reaction proceeds. So it should effectively need to provide cooling after the initial heating phase. Is this unit suitable for this purpose? Thanks View answer
