100% ABV. "200 proof" is the U.S. measurement convention where proof = ABV × 2, so 200 proof equals 100% alcohol by volume. There is no water content beyond trace levels. This is the highest-purity ethanol available, which is why it's preferred for fragrance, anhydrous formulation, and applications where any moisture would interfere.
