That is correct, however, tri-clamp still requires a gasket between mounting ferrules.
Does being a fused sight glass eliminate the o-ring between the borosilicate glass and the 304SS ferrule? USA Lab Fused Tri-Clamp Sight Glasses - 1.5", 2", 3"
I am operating a process that is sensitive to leechables/extractables and want to confirm no o-rings are built into this sight glass. I imagine that's what makes them fused but need to confirm. Thanks for your help.
