Yes, along with re-greasing all sides of the gaskets and the vapor duct through the motor. The grease allows for rotation while maintaining the seal. Check, clean, and re-grease monthly.
Tip: Disconnect the bump trap and angle it 90° to pull out the vapor duct. This will allow you remove and reinstall the gaskets easily. Check the maintenance section of our manual for more information. HERE
