Will this unit drop the 150 milk to <45 degrees by the time it’s done flowing through the heat exchanger for approximately 30 mins?

No, this unit is only capable of removing 4,500 BTU/hr. Also, this unit will not cool above 100°F to protect the compressor. You will need a much larger chiller to achieve this. Please contact us via email to have a chiller sized appropriately.
