Yes , the outlet port on the chiller is the pump head itself that can be connected to external cooling coils or cooling plates.
The units cooling will engage at any set point but above 38C the unit will lose its auto balance feature that will allow it to turn on the heating or cooling as needed to maintain precise temperature . Please reference our BTU Charts under our Resources page to see cooling power at different ranges
