For the 50L explosion proof rotary evaporator, we do not currently offer an option to hold a 20L or a 10L boiling flask and a 5L or 10L collection flask would not be compatible either. The Glass that comes with the rotary evaporator are the only pieces that will pair with it besides creating some sort of custom solution. As the system is designed, you could not run with one condenser. The vacuum is pulled from the top condenser and the bump trap connects to the bottom condenser. So both of them are essential for proper operation. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions that you have.
