Does the drain connection on the 100 liter sanitary keg allow for complete drainage of the contents (i.e. it is not raised above the bottom of the keg)?

Because the drain valve is on the side of the unit instead of the bottom there will be about 1in of fluid left. In order to get the fluid out you would need to tip the keg on its side.
