All K-type probes have a low point of -53C for high accuracy. This unit will read lower, but it may not be as accurate as warmer temperatures.
Does the K. type probe included with this thermometer cover the full range of the unit. E.g., Measures temperatures as low as minus 200°C? USA Lab USA-TM Premium Digital K-type Thermometer w/ Probe
