I have this chiller and was wondering if it could be used to chill an “ice bath†without mixing the glycol? Temps would stay above freezing obviously probably no lower than 40 degrees F or 4.5 C

These units are not designed for use with open ice baths as they are designed to flow into cooling passageways and jackets
If operating above freeze you can use distilled water without PG
