Our Recirculating Chillers are not intended to run without a load. No load would cause excessive cycles of the compressor. Additionally, we do not recommend placing anything inside of the tank.
Hi, my lab is in search of a circulating chiller that operates comfortably at -30C. We need to put the end of a device (dilatometer) into the bath while its running and holding a very constant temperature. Will this unit run while just circulating in itself?
